Our story
EXMU was born on a historic cereal farm along the Sassari–Alghero road. Alongside growing cereals, we created an educational farm, a farm brewery and a distillery: a passion nurtured for years, now a place to discover and experience.
We grow our own barley and use it in our production. Carefully chosen ingredients, craftsmanship and a focus on quality guide our work; our modern professional equipment allows us to monitor every stage of production.
